Kulmo reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any advertisement, advertising campaign, advertiser, or brand account at its sole discretion if it violates our Advertising Policy, Community Guidelines, or Terms of Service.

Prohibited Categories

The following categories are prohibited on Kulmo, including but not limited to:

• Gambling and betting services
• Alcohol and alcoholic beverages
• Tobacco and nicotine products
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Scams, deceptive practices, or fraudulent products
• Illegal products or services
• Content that promotes violence, hate, or unlawful activity
• Any other advertising or content that violates Kulmo’s policies or applicable laws

Enforcement

Kulmo may remove or restrict advertisements or advertiser accounts at any time if they no longer meet our policies or standards.
